VP Bryant

VP of New Product Development & Sports Medicine, Dr. Cedric Bryant (no relation to Tom Bryant), that is. I had made it CRYSTAL CLEAR to Tom Bryant on the phone, that I had already spoken with as many VPs (including Dr. Cedric X. Bryant) as I could and was ONLY interested in speaking with him! When I got the call from Cedric Bryant, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with Stairmaster's head man for "ducking" me and my question of his company's POLICY! That's what they do in boxing when they're too scared to face someone in the ring, not in business when someone deserves an answer about a WRITTEN COMPANY DOCUMENT; especially when you're the head guy! I know he's a busy man, it took me three months to get the guy on the phone! He got all of those voicemails and at the VERY least could have met with me for a half hour. Does everyone have to be a HIGH PAYING customer to get the common courtesy of respect from a company's "leader?" Why from a fax and phone call DIRECTED to CEO Tom Bryant would VP Cedric Bryant (who hadn't returned my last two calls in as many years) call me?
