I appreciate you forwarding my fax to Steve Moseley. As for your "standard practice," does Rutledge Capital's Philosophy apply to it's portfolio company's or only to Rutledge Capital itself? What does Rutledge Capital do when the managers are not strong enough to manage a situation like this, and instead stick their heads in the sand despite "being closer to the facts at hand?"
