On the surface, it’s a matter of patent infringement, unfair competition, anti-trust, and racial discrimination. At the core it’s a case of StairMaster not being straightforward, direct or honest, treating me with a complete lack of respect, doing business without the highest ethical standards, not assigning responsibility or accountability, and my shocking inability to find anyone up to and including the CEO, willing to do the right thing. Not one of them have replied. Réne Jäggi's (StairMaster's Chairman) Email came back "UNDELIVERABLE," but he probably got a forwarded copy from someone. I also resent this Email to Dr. Rutledge's AOL address to be thorough. No response.
